Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the rq99 online betting and casino platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). This document is a legal agreement that governs the relationship between you and rq99.

2.1 Age Verification

rq99 reserves the right to verify the age of members at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID may be requested for age verification. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.2 Protection of Minors

rq99 is committed to preventing minors from gambling. If a member becomes aware that a minor has accessed any account, please notify our support team immediately.

Account Registration

When joining rq99, every member must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one rq99 account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, this will be considered a violation of the terms, and rq99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited balance.

3.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

• The name provided at registration must match your legal name.
• The date of birth provided must be accurate.
• The mobile number and email address must be active and belong to you.
• If any information changes, the account must be updated immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the rq99 support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Specific rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on rq99. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method.
• Once a deposit is processed successfully, it is credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a verified account.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

rq99 monitors all financial transactions. If any suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation. Receiving or sending funds belonging to another person through a member's account is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

rq99 provides bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or: a ৳22,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may use a specific bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• Withdrawing a bonus is not possible without completing the wagering requirement.
• rq99 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• In cases of bonus abuse, rq99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

Gaming Rules

General and specific rules apply to all games and sports betting conducted on the rq99 platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

Members participating in sports betting have the opportunity to bet on various types of markets, such as: match winner, total runs, handicap, and more. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Casino Games

Slots, live card games, and other games are available in the rq99 casino section. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Results received from game providers' systems are final and cannot be changed.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, rq99 will verify the result of that game. If verification is not possible, the wagered amount will be returned to the member's account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rq99 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing or manipulating bonuses or promotional offers.
• Making payments from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Operating games through automated software, bots, or any artificial assistance.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Harassing or causing harm to other members, staff, or third parties.

If a member engages in any of the prohibited activities listed above, rq99 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

The rq99 platform is an entertainment service provider. Our liability is limited in the following areas:

8.1 Service Interruptions

rq99 is not liable for any compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, cyber attacks, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, all valid balances will be preserved.

8.2 Member's Own Responsibility

The decision to gamble rests entirely with the member. rq99 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by a member. Please refrain from betting beyond your means.

8.3 Third-Party Services

rq99 is not responsible for any errors or disruptions caused by third-party game providers or payment providers. However, we will make every effort to assist members in the event of such issues.

rq99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice due to breach of terms, suspected fraud, underage use, provision of false information, or other reasons. In such cases, any valid balance may be returned after investigation.

Dispute Resolution
